Customs Area Controller of the command, Comptroller Botiliya Binga, talking with News agencies, said the Navy Forward Operating Base, Badagry, Lagos state, a week ago captured 170 cartons of contraband foreign poultry items which it gave over to the cartons of contraband foreign poultry.
